Obviously, many White people dislike O.J. due to his alleged crimes. I'm just wondering, in contrast, how White people feel about Robert Blake....as most of you know, Blake was acquited of a similar crime. If White people don't hate Blake as much they do O.J., how do they account for this?

Muffin is an idiot......dead is dead.....it does not matter that one person was "merely shot" and one was almost "beheaded", both women died.

Blake and Simpson will both answer to God for their crimes. I do not hate either one. I am not judging anyone, The Creator will handle them and everyone else.

I'm not white or black so I really don't have a dog in this hunt. But I do remember when that murderer OJ got off and all over the TV you could watch black people dancing in the streets and cheering for OJ just because he was black and they were happy that he got away with killing some white people. That's when I first realized that maybe we're really not equal.

I don't like Blake just as much as I don't like OJ. OJs case had more media focus, more drama (white bronco chase), and included race as part of the defense. You couldn't help BUT have to talk about it. Race, however, was not a card thrown in the defense of Blake's case.

I think you are trying to create MUD.

The main difference is that most white people view both Simpson and Blake (and Phil Spector, for that matter) as murderers guilty of horrible crimes. I didn't hear of any threats by whites to riot if Blake was convicted, unlike blacks did in response to the Chimpson case. Most of us find it quite sad that Blake "got away" with it. I'm sure you picked the Blake case because it exemplifies a white man degraded enough to do what seems to come naturally to blacks.

I think OJ and Robert Blake are both guilty.

It has nothing to do with their color.

I don't hate either one of them...but I think they are both pitiful.

I do think that Blake's crime was less passionate. OJ apparently loved Nicole at one time. Blake never loved the woman he killed she got pregnant and so he married her. I'm not saying it makes it okay...it's just that OJ's crime had more passion involved and he also killed a totally unrelated party...Rob Goldman.

"Do white people hate......blah blah blah blah?"
This is a gross generalization. THE FACT THAT I HATE CRIMINALS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY RACE.

Additional Information: I just reviewed your other questions and have determined that you obviously have some serious issues concerning race. I suggest that you seek counseling or perhaps further educate yourself to address these issues. You are an ignorant, pathetic coward hiding behind the anonymity of a computer. Disagree? Print your actual name, address and phone number on these antagonistic, racist questions you pose.

This is a great question and hard to answer. But there seems to be a more overall hatred for OJ and no real back lash on Blake.
This is a very thought provoking question of the day.
Thanks

They are both killers and should be viewed as such. Same crime just different skin colors for the ones committing the crime.

I don't think so. in the long history of this country, black people (not just men) have been lynched to by white mobs in order to "protect the honor" of the "pure" white woman. (By the way, for anyone who hasn't done their research on this subject, most of the people lynched for this reason alone were innocent. many white women in question were getting a ton of CONSENTUAL black "D" on the side. It was when they were caught or when the baby came out black that they cried 'RAPE')

Anyway, when a white woman is allegedly raped or allegedly killed by a black man, that just gets white people's blood to start boiling, in my opinion, because of the twisted history, of course. I think many white (not all) people regard "white" life as more precious than "black" life. The fact that OJ got a way with it is what ticks white people off. White people will read this and say I'm pulling the "race card" but If OJ (by the way, I think he did it) killed his black wife and got off, white people wouldn't give a damn, and they know it.

Robert Blake is not as big a deal to them because they were both the same race and it just wasn't as "sexy" a trial.

it's not so much "hate." i think both OJ and Beretta are nothing more than the murdering butt of a lot of jokes. They are laughingstock.
