It's a pretty decent one that is probably better than most business desktops. The Celeron M440 is FAST because it is based on the Yonah core. ATI integrated graphics are generally better than Intel's. Upgrade RAM to 1Gb and you've got a winner.
I have the same cpu and ATI chipset on my A9R.

Well, my cousin uses this laptop; being a frequent visitor to his place and a frequent user of his laptop, i guess i've got a credible opinion on this one.

I can tell you that it sports one of the best displays i've seen. It’s no bigger than the others, but it’s significantly sharper, with rich colours even at brighter settings.

Indeed, this is a good-looking PC in general, with a handsome gun-metal grey body. The design is spoiled slightly by an odd tendency on behalf of the manufacturer to cover any available space with unnecessary symbols and meaningless text such as “Entertainment Notebook Series”.

The impressive build quality is reflected elsewhere, with a comfortable keyboard and a relatively wide touchpad that’s easy and pleasant to use.

Overall, there is no real con i've come across. It gets my thumbs up for sure.
