They are all very different. The Biking sounds the most adventurous (could be really intense in the winter) :-)
Sky Diving - depends on if this is tandem or solo but seems the quickest and more of a thrill experience than an adventure.
Sea kayaking would also be a significant adventure (can get quite dangerous).
River rafting and rock climbing are great and can be done by people of various physical abilities.
