I'm with the old guy who was interviewed before the match. He has been going to cup finals since 1951 and only missed one because of a broken leg. He was asked what he thought of the new stadium and he said it looked more like an airport and didn't give him the same thrill as walking up to the two towers. He's going to be totally P***** watching this game.

I miss the towers :( I managed to get a picture of them before it was pulled down, was at the final concert there. was supposed to be there last year for the first concert but the dummies hadn't finished it yet.
There are going to be problems in the future, not to sure how the sewers are going to hold up.

My wife reckons its a crime that they demolished the towers at Wembley. As for the extortionate prices they`re charging, I think they`re trying to recoup all their money back the 1st day

At least now it has a new structural icon, the arch which happens to be the longest single-span roof structure in the world!
