No! Billy Joe is a lazy, lying drunk. He just got out of jail for his forth conviction of drunk driving. He, also, lives on the south side of the railroad tracks.

Absolutely not. He's got those bulging eyes, and I feel like if I look at a picture of him, he's trying to hypnotize me into doing evil things.
Plus he's short and that kinda creeps me out too.
