Yes, you could call the local companies in the area. Also ask the sellers of the house. In Michigan, alot of real estate agents have some of this all printed out with all the other info for the house along with what the property taxes you'll have to pay.

Call the companies in your area that provide lights, water, sewage, and trash pickup for that house's address, and ask them how you can find that information.
