The jpeg could be a scanned image of a printed page. Although there is software (Optical Character Recognition, or OCR) to do this, the conversion is never perfect, and the fix-up needed to the product can be as time consuming as typing the text in in the first place. Hope that helps.

You can't convert a graphic to a text document. You can however 'import' the image into your word document.
insert - > picture-> from file--> point word to the image you wish to add to the document and click okay.

You don't convert jpeg into a MSWord(.doc) format. You can USE a jpeg image in a document though. use the insert menu
insert --> picture.... --> select the picture from your hard disk location.
I hope that helped.

Why would you possibly want to convert a picture to a word processing program??? Don't make sense to me, but if you wanted to include the jpg file into the word document, such as instructions with a screen shot (for ex.), just go to INSERT>Picture then put it where you want it. Good Luck

If you mean a .jpeg created by the scan of a page of text, check the documentation that came with the scanner. It may have a scan-to-text operation. Be warned that they're not fast and they're not 100% correct.

Just import the picture into a document using the menu Insert, click on picture, then click on from file. You can then save it as a word document
