What is the appropriate action for the parents of these students?

Posted this Q in teaching and my one reply so far read, "he said you're going to do it anyway".....does that make it right? And no--some will, most won't but you don't advocate irresponsible behavior! Am I wrong?

It is truly ridiculous. There is no excuse for this type of "education".The appropriate action would be to get all of the parents who are against it and go to your next school board meeting and voice your displeasure about it. Make them aware of your stance and the fact that you won't stand for it any longer.

You chose to live in "The Peoples Republic of Boulder" and you don't EXPECT this type of thing? Mary Lacy would have been enough to make me leave there....but this AND cutting off Blue Parrot Sauce because it goes on a "WOP-burger." You will never change Boulder Schools. I suggest you move. The kids at the high school in a county near me have to go to "Homosexuality Awareness and Tolerance" training.

WTF is that?

Your link is not working, but not surprising as Boulder is a nest of liberals.
