Wasps, centipedes, birds, bats, and most other small animals will eat cockroaches.

Wasps in the family Evaniidae are perhaps the most effective insect predators, as they attack the egg cases, and wasps in the family Ampulicidae are predators on adult and nymphal cockroaches (e.g., Ampulex compressa). The house centipede, however, is probably the most effective control agent of cockroaches, though most homeowners find the centipedes themselves objectionable

I've watched my cat eat cockroaches, I've watched various types of geckoes and anoles eat cockroaches (which is nice when you live in a climate that will support them, don't have to buy the lizards or the food...) spiders, some birds, I'm sure..... frogs would probably eat them if given a chance... ooo, this is fun... maybe a rough green snake, there's insectivorous........

Absolutely. Lizards and snakes love cockroaches; they are quite nutritious. Anything that eats insects will eat cockroaches. Insect-eating birds will eat them too.
