It's not your relay. The clicking you hear is most likely your relay working. If your headlight is bright it is probably not your battery. If your headlight is dim or off it is most likely your battery. If it isn't the battery or the relay, look at your starter. Starters aren't tough to install but if you don't know what you are doing then get a professional to check it out. It's easy to burn one out and they aren't exactly cheap. It also might be something simple like a loose wire. Wiring is tricky, I'd take it to a Harley Dealership to take a look at it. For a reference, I built a Harley Davidson based chopper completely from scratch and did all of the wiring completely from scratch. Wiring is a pain, don't mess with it yourself.

Sounds like your battery is dead or is drained and just doesnt have enough juice to turn your bike over. If it's not that check your starter or your starter relay.

Most of the prior people have it right.
1) you battery is too weak (NOT dead), meaning you need a new battery (not holding a charge), or, if newer, charging system problem (Alternator or regulator), not properly charging battery.
2) Starter/relay problem.

your battery is dead once you get that fixed you might need to get your alternater checked cause that may be the whole problem with the battery going dead in the first place

I GUESS EVERYBODY IS FAMILIAR WITH THE PROBLEM. ALL THOSE ARE POSSIBLE CAUSES. GIVE IT A LITTLE CHARGE OR JUMP IF YOU CAN. ONCE IT STARTS DISCONNECT THE NEG TERMINAL FROM BATTERY WHILE IT'S RUNNING AND IF IT STAYS RUNNING YOUR ALTERNATOR IS OK. JUST A QUICK TIP FROM MAY MASTER TECH DAYS. GOOD LUCK .LR
