I should add (for those racially orientated Americans out there) this has nothing to do with skin colour or race.

The world is in the ambient mist of lightest grey, the colour of being. It is not towards the darker shades, but illuminated by distant and unknown sources of light. It is solemn and serene, as if it were a timeless moment of early dawn forever.
This is the world where my thoughts are constantly brazen into existence, like all things in the morning, as I search to see where the light in my life is comes from.

Actually I often look at it in all different colours. The world truly is such an expansive place, with so much going on and evident that is woven amidst so much else that to stick with yes/no/maybe thoughts about it really limits alternative ideas, thoughts and answers to questions.

For me anyway, the questions that I ask myself regarding an initial question sometimes provide more insight than the original - and often provide a realistic context for what seems to be an easy black/white question.

Bah what do I know, I'm typing this instead of having my second cup of coffee =P

Both black and white can be viewed, by different people, as the abscence of color. However, by some, black is the presence of all colors at one point in time.

Then what does this make gray? Is gray the spectrum which we all live in. Clinging to the middle of existence?

Gray is the balance between darkness and light. I think that most people live in one extreme or the other. If one sees gray then that person is elightened beyond belief. In my opinion, the world's colors change with each passing day and hour.

I see in all of them: Black, white, and gray. All at different times in my life.

Colors (read all)

All things[science aside] have an opposite reaction, so what is bad is some way or another good. There isn't always the same outcome though, that good reaction could always be bad to someone else, and so forth. It is all in how we choose to deal with these problems. We must decide to stay who we are regardless of what happens.

For me its a mood thing, whenI am depressed everything is black and gloomy, when I am happy everything is white as in bright and beautiful! Lately everything is gray because things are changing so much from day to day I am getting confused! So actually I see the world in all 3 colors!

I find from experience that there are no pure black and white people but most of us have shades of grey. It is next to impossible to remain on a single side of morality if you are a worldly person. That's why there are no saints to be found in these ages.......

White. It is not a colour and yet it is comprised of every single colour. So it is an unbiased yet complete perspective of the world.

My depression has allowed me to see the world in shades of grey. I prefer the glorious colors we are blessed with, warts and all.
