I need to do some touch up work on my car. The car is white and when it got so hot last summer it is like the clear coat on the top bubbled up and peeled off some leaving the coat of white paint underneath just in spots is it possible that I can touch that up myself if I can how do I do that?

There isn't really any way to touch it up that would look decent. You could brush some clear on the spots, but it wouldn't look the same.

If the clear coat is peeling off, you'll have to sand it all off and put on new. If you don't know what you're doing you could really mess up your car. I'd take it to a paint shop.

Take it to a pro - you will mess it up, and it will cost you more in the end.

If this is a beater car - wetsand it with 1200 GRIT and spraybomb clear cot.

you did not say what yr your car was but if it is fairly new i would let some one with experience do this cause if you don't do it rite you might end up with a worser problem and it will really stick out like a sore thumb.
just my 2%...
