After many birth, we get this Human birth. so what is the best way to make this birth more enjoyable, lovable and ever rememberd one. how this can be done ?

I'm not sure if I understand the question but the only way to make the birthing process, enjoyable, lovable and ever remembered one is DRUGS.

Listen up whoever u r. Humans aint here in this world for no reason. Every person has an aim in his life with the sole purpose to fulfill that desire. The "aim" maybe his/her wish or ambition in life maybe dedicated to the future cause of mankind maybe something even more than that. Just like everything that has a beginning has an end. Human Life isn't an exception. The only way out is immortality. It may sound weird , but its a fact.
The only way to be immortal is to be alive in the minds of every human being by your work dedication and a good outlook towards mankind. You have to be immortal just like legends have been through their work for ex: Christ , Einstein , Shakespeare , Mother teresa ,.......the list doesn't end here

doing nothing criminal or ego-motivated is the door to doing gods will. and doing gods will is the door to understanding oneself and how to act in way that is infallible (!), blissful und without violence.
living without violence is the essence of all.
