No need to worry about a thing as long as you can obtain a visa-up-on arrival or your visa is waiting for you. There is nothing like an "interview". You questions got answered already by your sponsor when your visa was applied for.
If you even be asked questions depends on your nationality and gender. There is even no need to ask any questions, cause your visa got approved already.
Young ladies from Asia or East Europe might be asked what the purpose is for the visit, whom you want to visit and how long you maybe want to stay. Sometimes also if you want to visit family members or friends. That's it.
Remember: You will enter the UAE and not the USA!
