Wow!! My first thought is no.. however after thinking about it I am not sure because it would depend on why my partner would be giving me such permission.
If it was because he couldn't do the job in the bedroom in one way then there is certainly other ways to perform such duties. I would have to say that I would have to be in such a situation before I could actually give a yes or no answer to such a question.

no, that is a complete lack of respect to your partner, and if they give you that option, then they need to get a back bone and quit being such a wuss
if your happiness in a relationship is based on being with someone else then you should just leave and be with someone else

it will be really weird
to tell you something might be true
that some like to sleep with others over their partners
just because of the lust and the adventure
to do it with out getting caught or so
but under a permission
i doubt they 'd go for it
i wouldnt go for it for what ever reason

in past relationships i would have jumped at the chance! i was a cheating rat, so would have been very excited by the idea.
but in my current relationship I'd break up with him if he offered me that. Obviously he was different tolerances to me, and that would interfere with my needs, so we'd be incompatible if he was okay with me sucking someone else's p*nis.

no. if they love me and want me to be happy, that implies happiness isn't coming from being with them...then they need to let me go. otherwise, why bother staying together.
