I asked this somewhere else and got only 1 answer, I am 20/40ish in one eye and 20/55-60ish in the other, does this require glasses?

20/40 isn't too bad. Might require glasses for reading, but not likely.
Now 20/650 is bad. I can't walk without lenses. Well,I CAN walk.. I just trip over things like .. shoes .. rugs .. air .. thoughts ..

20/40 (line 5) of eye chart is the worse it can be and still pass a physical exam

I'm very near sighted in my left eye and slightly far sighted in my right eye.....I don't wear glasses. The optician said getting glasses now would just screw me up and give me migraines because my eyes are used to compensating for each other. I guess that doesn't apply to your situation, sorry.
