Yes,I brush my teeth & my tongue I use mouth wash and I also floss all 3x a day...And once a month i use a water pick for a thorough cleaning..

definitely brush tongue plus I use a tongue scraper like 2 or 3 times a week. don't use mouth wash as often though

I always brush my tongue and use mouth wash once in a while. It was hard to brush my tongue when I was first pregnant because I would dry heave EVERY time! GROSS!!! But I still did it faithfully. Didn't want nasty breath.

i brush my tooth twice a day but most important is brush your tongue in 3 mins. i dont even use mouthwash it can easily damage the teeth

Yes, I do all of the above but I have a "tongue scratcher", greates invention and of course, toothfloss!!
