..You're *trying* to be quiet, like early in the morning or late at night, you sneeze?? You kinda slow/quiet your breathing, move more slowly etc & then AaaCH!!! Y'gotta stifle it! It's annoying!

No but I've realized the quieter you try to be, the more noise you actually make. I usually end up tripping over something or knocking something over

You can grab your nose and do one of those things but it gives me a headache. I gave up trying to be quite I end up knocking things over. So I just go around not slamming things around.

well l usually don't sneeze but l get a cramp in my leg, have to get up and walk it off, then get comfy and sleepy again.
