someone you loved died suddenly, then you found out that they gave their life in exchange for yours?
Besides grief, would you feel anger or what?
Would you thank them, and then make your life a tribute to their sacrifice?

I don't think I can explain my emotions for a situation like this. To thank them 6 feet under, would be kind of "dellusional" but given the option, I would make a tribute to his/her sacrifice and move on with my life, as clear as possible.

More than likely I would feel overwhelming guilt - I would have wanted to be the one that gave my life. I don't think I could handle knowing a loved one died in my place.

I'd hunt down the person that made this "deal" with my loved one and me and Jr. would have a talk...
justice would prevail.
