Yes. My mother used to go through my 4 brothers name until she got to mine. Only problem was I'm her daughter! Where I grew up, all the kids knew each other, but this one girl still insists on calling me by my older sister's name. She never knew my sis

My Mom had 6 children including me so she called us by each others name all the time we just got used to it and answered
and lot of people call me by my daughter's name too

there are actually a few people out there that some how think my name is David.... and that is nowhere near my name, kind of hard not to answer some of them, like the stripper, the bartender, and the order taker at pizza hut

It happens all the time to me. My name gets mispronounced forever. It isn't that difficult a name either.

I used to try to correct people, it just got old. I know they're speaking to me, so I guess that's all that really matters.

i get called and answer to my sister's name, my mothers name and my aunts name on a regular basis.

i also get Charlotte, Charlie, Carol, Carl, Kylie and answer them all.... i know who they are talking about so i don't care :)
