my creative zen micro is stuck in recovery mode?

i have taken the battery out and put it back but it makes no difference, help help'

is there a reset button. use a pin to press on it. if cnt better bring to the customer service near u to send for inspection

you might have to format it on your pc, connect it to pc, in 'my computer' rightclick the player icon, then choose: 'format-fat and ignore Quick format
