Think of it, when we were young we had a programme that was set twenty years in the past when our parents were teenagers.

That 70's Show is set when today's kid's parents (i.e. us) (I was 13 in 1979, so I just make it but my sister was 19 and my brother was 17 in that year) were teenagers.

Of course, They don't have anyone with anywhere near as much cool as The Fonz.

I have to agree. I, however, would take Tommy Chong over Fonzie anyday!

Yes it was kinda sorta, but in a lot of ways it was different. Plus there wasn't any "super cool" guys like the Fonz on that 70's show.

"That 70's Show" is enjoyable but it cannot even touch "Happy Days."

yea i guess you can say there alot a like but Ashton kucher is hella funny..and the show is awesome...

big differences here..
50's = soda jerks & leather jackets
70's = smokin' pot & station wagons
One common factor = humorous..=)
