if your neighbor can access your wireless connection they can access your computer if its connected to that wireless connection. Once they have access to your computer they can see what websites you've been on. You shouldn't be worried about this though you should be worried about the fact your neighbor can get free internet from connecting to the Internet through your wireless. If you stop that you don't stop your neighbor accessing your computer but you do make it more difficult.
You might want to invest in a router because routers double as a firewalls and this will make it harder for your neighbor to get into your computer through your wireless connection but it won't stop them using your wireless to connect to the Internet. It is possible your neighbor can't connect to your wireless because the signal is too weak but I wouldn't bet on that unless you live on a farm or something. You should at least have your wireless network password protected with WPA security.

This depends on a couple of things. If you are accessing the internet through you neighbors wireless router, and they have logging turned on in the router then they have a record of every site accessed through the router. If they left the router at the default settings then they are propably not logging. If you are allowing access to them through your router and do not have any firewalls on your PC and you have enabled sharing on your PC then they may be able to access your hard drive and see the browser history from there.

If they know what they're doing, yes. But the chances of them tracking you are low.
That doesn't mean that they wont see the LEDs flashing and think . Hmmmm someones using my internet
