Yes, in an ideal world but in reality I think the two can not be perfectly balanced 50 - 50 in any relationship. Love can sometimes be so deep and precious that to lust too much can somehow spoil things - sometimes for example, a person could love someone so profoundly and deeply that to go all out absolute lust would seem disrespectful, because sometimes we kind of put those we love on a pedastal, then we dont want to mar the purity of love in this way. Love can be physical as an expression of love, but when its absolute lust, I think sometimes something can be lost that before seemed pure. But thats just my view...people who have the balance in every way are either lucky or totally compatible but I think for it to co exist in total harmony...very rare indeed!

I can lust after you without loving you...I can love you without the lust factor coming into play...separate ..but they can co-exist.

absolutely. Lust can remain for years, but about 6-9 months in, you will lnow if its real love or just old lust being confused with love.

they can co-exist, and it's best if they do.
lust is the passion that fuels the fantasy of your relationship, love grounds you in the reality of it. they are a wonderful compliment to each other.

Yes they can co-exist and often do. In fact they are practically inseperable, I know this from experience.
