Yes there is a way to hang a shower curtain. Key word, "hang".
Hang from the ceiling. Whether it be thumb tacks or nails, whatever, because now you have a mess to deal with.

I would assume that you had caused this problem and didn't use your imagination to protect the flooring.

I am sure if I was a landlord, and my tenant caused the damage, then yes, the tenant is liable.

Ask the agent to barter a sum in reimbursement for the inconvenience. Draw to the agent's interest that an offence become dedicated by using them as you will desire to have been issued with a Landlord's gas risk-free practices certificates on the day you moved in. to no longer accomplish that attracts a optimal fantastic of £5000 or 3 months in penal complex, or the two. that would desire to wake them up. i'd have theory that a loose month would be a impressive gesture.

The person who owns the property is always responsible for the upkeep. The only exception is if you damaged something on purpose. Or if a child or pet did. You have to be at fault for the cost to be passed on to you.
