Have you any advice please?

I am about to start doing more Web Designer/Developer freelance work and wondered if you could advise me on basis pitfalls etc. I need more info on roughly how much to charge per hour? What amount of textual content the customer provides? All of it? The best server space? How to maximise Advertising? i.e Search engines etc.

Hope you can offer some advice.
