I am not quite sure why you are asking this, but I will assume that you are from another country and have heard all the horror stories about the U.S.

First, the U.S. is not as dangerous and crime-ridden as most people outside of it think! Yes, there are high crime areas, and yes, there is too much crime, but please don't base your views on movies, TV shows, and the news.

Overall, the U.S. is fairly safe. I have not personally been to Little Rock, but I have traveled much of the U.S. and while it is always wise to be cautious, aware of your surroundings, and to know what areas to stay out of, generally speaking Americans are friendly, helpful, and the country is beautiful.
