VB Script is a Microsoft scripting language.

While MS access is Microsoft Office access which is used to store data.

With VB you can read the Data from Ms access on a web page or on windows application.

MS Access is a program for making databases
VB (Visual Basic) is a language for creating programs

A version of VB is included with MS Access so that you can add features, functions and interfaces to your MS Access database.

VB uses MSaccess and etc. for its database.you can make a simple database program using MSaccess alone but you can't in VB. it must use another software for its database.
