Why I am hate these countries? can’t stop it. Are there any thing in my unconscious mind .Some time I have very bad ideas against to this two country peoples.I love to beat them. I hate them and some times i am scared to them. But I was not travel these countries.

A country is just a piece of land, the people of that country are not all the same. Every single person is different from each other. Hating a certain type of person is racist, which is ignorant but I see you are questioning what you were taught (racism is taught no one is born racist), which shows you are intelligent, and you have an open mind to see that you can change this for the better.
So much hate will wear you out and make you unhappy laugh and have fun you will enjoy a long happy life. It will take some work, but not as much work as it will take to hate all the people of those countries.

You should be able to spell correctly for starters. It is an embarrassment to Australians. All countries are different, be it religious or political, learn to love yourself first and be grateful you are in a great country, then find ways to help those in other countries.
