I'm assuming you mean blood pressure, and no.
Are you worried that he might find out your pregnant? Are you hiding it? If so the one person you should be talking to is your doctor. Then he or she can work out what to do to help you through. Also if you are being treated for ANYTHING then the doctor should be told if there is a possibility that you might be pregnant, as it may effect the choice of medication and/or treatments offered.

I think doctors have a way of knowing if one is pregnant even without the aid of a pregnancy test result. There are manifestations or symptoms that they can identify during a routine check-up.

Nope. Your blood pressure may not change much due to pregnancy - one is not necessarily dependant on the other. Only preg test with urine or blood test will give you difinitive result for pregnancy.

Nope. They need to check your hormones so a urine test is the easiest way. BP makes no difference.
