Temperature is usually 16-22 celcius, humidity is as low as you can get it. Humanity is usually almost absent, just other IT guys shuffling around trying to get stuff done.

The recommended temperature for a server room is around 68 degrees F and a relative humidity between 45 percent and 60 percent. Keeping humidity balanced helps to reduce dust cause by dryness and prevent dampness that can cause damage to systems not to mention static which can be caused by low humidity. Humidity has to be NONCONDENSING.
