Travelling to Japan Tokyo in end July. Anyone knows where i can catch some car drifting action?

Motegi has drift events on a regular basis on their oval. Other venues like Fuji, Suzuka and Sugo host drift competitions as well. I can't tell you where to find the illegal drifting as it moves around depending on where law enforcement is active. Odaiba is a pretty good guess though. You could stand on a street corner all night in Odaiba and not see a thing though, if the boys have elected to go elsewhere that night. Fuji and Sendai Highland are the places to go if you like drag racing.
