Ryan the intern (B.J. Novak) got it.
They showed it in the very last 30 seconds. The exec. called him and told him he got the job, then Ryan immediately broke up with Kelly afterward.
Somehow he found a way to interview behind everyone else's back. Tricky kid :P

Jim left New York without Karen and went and asked Pam out on a date. Then they revealed that Ryan the Temp actually got the job during the credits. Which leaves me wondering if Jim tuned the job down to go after Pam, or did he just assume Karen was going to get it so he asked Pam out? I can't wait until next season!!

They did not say but it looks like Kate may get it, Mike screwed up and did not get it cuz hes back with Jan after she got a boob job and andy is asking out the firewalker girl, cant remember her name!
