What I have done in times like those is take a minute or however long I need for reflection on the reason I'm failing. Sometimes it is a matter on not being mature enough to succeed. They're different reasons why people fail. Giving up is never a choice though. I'll try again and again until i get what I want.

Try differently. Try something else.

Or take a cue from Eastern Philosophy Eliminate your desire for reaching a goal and you'll no longer try. This doesn't mean you aren't DOING anything. It's hard to explain, but not trying can be the best way to get things done. What happens is supposed to happen. If it doesn't happen you reallize it wasn't supposed to and you shrug it off. Have no expectations.

Have a shift of perception-do not think of what happens as "fail" but as an opportunity to learn, to grow, to pay attention and also what may seem like failing to you may not be what you think it is.
As for trying a lot. Whatever you've been doing, step out of the box and do it differently.

Failure might just be a perception.
Are your goals realistic ? I mean, no matter how good you are you realistically can't lift 100 tons or run a mile in 2 minutes. That is not failure . It is not being realistic. Set attainable goals and success will follow.

When I get back up to try again after " failing " than I haven't " failed " as I'm still trying where others might have given up.

I'm my own " coach "...my own " cheerleader " . . .What do I do " even after trying allot ? . . . I keep trying...and darned if I didn't then succeed...Only to bask in that success to then wonder at something ease I might want to try, slip, try again, slip, try again . . . and . . . SUCCESS . . . And so it goes.

I don't try. No risk of failing and no chances of that impending self hatred that usually accompany such failures.

ok.. lets say what you are trying to do would affect only you.. that you even think what you're trying to do is good for you... and... that you think you have the skills to do what you want to do.. if the goal is not achieved ... it might be god telling you that you should stop wasting your time doing that...
And finally.... if this is about women....... you and I have something in common already....... peace.

Try questioning your failure differently to see if you can understand why you fail.
