Okay,i am asking this for my sister behalf because she is in this situation.my mom know this guy and she is okay with it.i am just curious about it?Anyone??

Stupidity. You mother doesn't realize that SHE can be held liable if anything happens sex wise. The state will charge HIM with statutory rape and because your mother is "okay" with it the state CAN also charge her with aiding in the deliquency of a minor, they will remove your sister from the home and put her into foster care until she is 18. Is your mom Okay with THAT?

The girl can be dynamite. The guy may be particularly perceptive and far sighted. Having said that, all states have laws about intercourse between a girl under certain ages (15 is under any age limit) and guys over the age. So there is the potential for real problems here. There are, of course, other possibilities. The girl may be so blinded by the "older man" that she can't see the forest for the trees. He may be inept, unable to establish a relationship with a more mature woman and turns to the younger girl to satisfy his needs and answer his inadequacies. Just speculation in any case.

Just to state the obvoius , there could be chemistry. Age matters not when it comes to the affairs of the heart. Anyway chances are it may not last as your sister still have some growing up to do. As a man, you know how fickle some women can be.
For a man, sometimes its just because she can relate to him or just because she finds him attractive, who knows.
My wife is 10 years younger then me but it matters not now since she is already 30. 10 Years ago people call me cradle snatcher.
Anyway, as long as he keeps the relationship platonic for now, that should be okay. After all , if you sister likes him, there is not much you can do :)

What makes a 21 yr old guy fall in love with a 15 yr old? Apparently he watches The Disney Channel, where they legally buy young girls and turn them into pop stars, whether or not they actually that little thing called talent.

Well 15-year old girls are delightfully innocent, charming, vulnerable, emotional, resilient and luminous. 21-year old guys should not be, but are smitten by this combination and their age make young girls feel ten miles high. On some level, they connected--I don't think they fell in love just yet, but you can be sure that if the mom is OK with it, fireworks are not that far off in the future.

Physical attraction and the idea that he is in control of someone younger and more gullible, possibly. In some cases, it is a fear of being inadequate around someone who is also an adult and a peer. In other cases, it could be genuine interest and caring. It depends upon the individuals involved and the motives at work in the relationship.

Your sister could be mature for her age, and the guy
falls in love with her. Many young women at the age of 21,
think they are now mature, etc when really the only thing that has grown is their age...still inmature.
If its ok with your Mom, and you know the guy is a straight arrow, go with it.
Just remind him, in a brotherly way.....if he gets her with child...he could end up in Jail!!!
