keil isnt a language, its a compiler. with that said, im assuming the language is C.
simply do this:
TH1 = 0x50; //or whatever you are setting it to
in assembly
MOV TH1,050H
Note: you should have an include file that defines all of the registers in the micro. this is usually added to your project when you select the micro for it. if not, i think they are in one of the directories in keil.
