When i go to my computer device manager network it has a yellow warning sign when i say reinstall it says it cant find the information needed.I want to download off my CD Sonictorm PRO 2 Drivers and Documentations Version 2 11/98 will this help and will it change my whole computer because i want to still have windows xp after installing it

go ahead, download and install the drivers for your modem. it does not get rid of your windows, but only updates it to "recognize" your hardware.

You need to get the correct DRIVER for the card. If that is the Sonictrom then yes that would the the drivers to install. If it is something else you need to get the correct drivers.
Drivers work within XP and do not replace it.. just be sure it is the correct driver for what you are installing.
