Iron Maiden---as a band---are excellent. But, standing alone, I think Bruce Dickinson's vocals are way overrated. Geoff Tate is, hands down, the best singer of the two.

The guy from Queensryche-no contest. Iron Maiden is like Rush-cool in small doses but then the singer gets irritating.

Bruce. He's got a voice that makes you think of when vikings ruled Scandinavia and British Isles. He really knows how to sing, seen 'em live (hard to catch alive these days) on dvd, and Bruce's voice still sounds like if you're putting on a cd. That's real talent right there.

They are both excellent.

I think that Bruce Dickinson has a larger repetoire of excellent material to draw from, both with Iron Maiden and solo.
