You are rite the more attention we give him the more important he feels (really sad considering he is not important at all to the community) and craves the attention and that makes him want to do it some more. I will not answer anymore of his stupid questions and I sugest everyone else do the same.

That pretty much sums it up. I don't respond to him, but I did report him. There's not much I really report people on, but racial slurs are one of them. His account will get deleted soon enough.
But your giving him the attention he wants by posting a question about him.
