You need to contact a local Speech Therapist. There are SLPs in the hopital and if a college is around that offers a speech therapy major, there might be a clinic where SLP graduate students do their clinicals and offer quality sessions at a much cheaper price.

It seems a part of your brain is damaged. Since it happened due to some accident, better consult a neurologist and go for a CT scan if required. Do not go for any surgey immediately. Consult a good homeopath who will study the symptoms and treat. It can be due to any damage or due to shock also. In both the cases, homeopathy will help you.
