No, they do not pay for any cosmetic surgery, because the turn around rate on their girls is pretty high. Most girls, only stay to work until they are out of college and then they move on to either management positions in the company, or on to other things in their lives. It is much like any Restaurant Chain, as soon as you get a better offer, you move on.
