Everyone was saying it was UGLY, but I actually don't think it is too bad.
The dress was a decent concept, but I think some parts of the dress should be altered to make it more flattering on Lindsay, and also make it a little less slutty and whorish party girl.
But the colors and that black line I like.
But I suppose she is at the party for the Maxim Hot 100 so she wanted to look like a ho bag.
