going upstairs at night it was built almost like a separate apartment and my sister told me Norman Bates lived up there....lol mostly the dark I guess ....when I was older I teased my cousins with the same story...:P.... I also couldn't sleep without covers on afraid things would get me like the covers would protect me...lol especially couldn't put my feet on the floor at night afraid things under my bed would grab me. closet door had to be shut too. looked too much like monsters...

I was afraid of ghosts! My Mom could tell the scariest folk tales from Japan and she would have all of us in one bed for the night. If we needed to use the bathroom, everyone went at the same time. I have never forgotten those tales of terror!!

The dark in my closet. I would not, under any circumstances EVER go to bed without the closet being shut. Who knows what kind of things might come lurking out if it is not sealed shut.
