As cliche as it may sound, why can't we all just get along? why is it so hard?

haven't been out in the real world that long....second year university student....maybe i am naive?

cuz people are always going to be envious and angry at the next person. one person is going to rise up and show his toughness, and the next person is going to prove him wrong. in the end...it'll be a blood bath. and the world keeps going in circles. aren't we tired of this?

The answer to this question is based on your own understanding of "get along". I see you as seeing the concept of not getting along as "negative" as you use the word hard,

That is your own understanding/expression and you also define what is meant by getting along. You probably see it as off shoots of good and bad. You get along with some ( good) you don't get along with others (bad).So in feeling bad you are the one creating this feeling . If someone is trying to make you feel bad then they win because you accept it.

Accept the premise that you are not going to change some people or some things and accept them as is. For example " My boss is an idiot because my boss is an idiot " So adapt and base your actions on that and avoid the conflict. Getting upset means you lose the boss wins. This is not giving in as you are the one choosing - a simple choice would be to find another job. Doing nothing and being upset solves nothing.

Once you start getting along with everyone your life becomes more positive as you reduce both anger and frustration. The key is taking action

one reason when people get older they are patronised and people do not treat them well this explains part of the problem another part is people do not place the helping of others before their own selfisness and gratification some people of course do this but like an actor in six feet under said people just pay lip service to helping others though if they want they can some people help in their own way by buying baked goods from people fundraising for charities also people volunteer and more people could help out also being polite to others and how to talk to others and how religions work are not skills focused on so much at an early time say elementary school with classes like these and an education in how to argue points it would become easier to get along this is instead of tests the purpose is for education is to be taught something and remember it as you know better than me as to the other reasons''money is the root of all evil'' lies are a problem without these it would be easier to get along if only people would quit telling them and tell the truth instead another reason it is said specific groups conspire to control people well just about every part of earth has been controlled by a set of people at one time persians in the middle east , romans, british empire, spanish empire, american empire, whichever one is next i think you know which group i mean the one groups destribute statements about saying ''don't beleive their lies'' well what i say to that is all humans have told lies every where in support of wars in the ancient world and to themselves about why they were fought so here is what i think should apply to everyone who fought a war in those times''don't beleive their lies only our lies are true''

So everything you do, for vanity/pride, making and maintaining a nest or showing you can provide the makings, is to corral what you consider the best mate, and procreate. This is the only ultimate reason for your existence. So you are destined to compete, climbing any social or professional ladder, trying to be the best at anything, including on the battlefield.

Wish it does happen . but , for that you need to think beyond your own confinements - home,city,country , society. A sort of Global citizen and yes , you must assure every body has the food. This isa pre-condition.

everybody has their own preference in their company. They are used to being around people that can share the same interests and can relate to them in n e kind of way like in jokes and sorts. Also people get upset and aggravated with people who don't get them and are not like them. This usually causes problems between them especially among girls. that the jist of it and i could go on forever.

because its an impossiblity has nothing to do with drama. ppl our individuals with their owne way of thinking and doing things. even if u had a planet that had was populated with just clones of urself. you'ld still not get along with urself.
