Put one foot just ahead of the other, weight on the rear foot, toes only touching the floor. of the rear foot. Keep the front foot flat and drag it back to the rear, then quick pop the heel up and drop the other foot to the floor, shift wait to the foot in the rear, Repeat.

Put your legs in position as if you were going to take a step, shift your weight so that you can move move the foot that looks like it has your weight on it so you can shift your body over the other leg. Watch yourself in a mirror - your body position is telling the viewer you are doing one thing while you actually are moving the opposite way making it look wondrous.
