SNATCH
Awesome movie, it's about a diamond heist, but it's funny.
It has Jason Statham and Brad Pitt. Really good. Sort of Tarantino-ish with the time line and stuff, but it's low on the violence scale.
Other than that, try THE DEPARTED and SMOKIN ACES
