Yes, I think you should sue. After seeing how atrocious your spelling is, and the fact that you even asked this question, this may be your only chance to make money in life. When you sue, mention the brain injury you sustained while chowing down on a "casida" (which I am assuming is supposed to be a crude spelling of "quesadilla")

You can sue, but you probably would not win. Were you injured? If not, you really have nothing to sue them for. Finding a bone in your food really isn't a big deal if the bone is from whatever it is you are eating(not human). Because they process the meat in such high quantities, they can't be as good as your local butcher would be if you got the same meat at the store. Your legal fees would probably be more than you you could get also.

So you have a bone to pick with Taco Bell. The first thing is to have the bone analyzed, to ensure it is from a COW. If it's not, I am sure someone is about to find the BAND-AID.

Not unless a doc or dentist confirmed damage and you had reported the incident at the time. Best shot would have been to grab your mouth screaming, and leave in an ambulance. You eat at Taco Bell?

Yes, but your chances of winning would be slim to none.
Also getting a lawyer to take a case such as this on consignment would be very doubtful.

a sliver of bone is not unusual in ground meat...and you don't have proof that you actually found the bone how you say..even with a receipt. So probably not.
