u can download any video frm youtube by followin the below process
1.copy the url of that specific video
2.go to keepvid.com
3. paste the url in the address box shown by keepvid.com
4.press download
u ll get the vid in FLV format and by using the video converters u can change the format of tat vid into ur desird form.

i think u kno downloading a video but not the flagged one,there is indeed a brain some genius minds of earth has build it without considering that all people are not genius like them.
there is a way but it requires the url of the deleted video & i never got the url of the deleted video after it was deleted.moreover this method allows u downloading too but sometimes the deleted videos r not found here,cause they r deleted by youtube not people.
anyways i shouldn't prolong & tell u the way.
use:www.youtube.infamousx.com
the site asks 4 the id which is in the url
eg: url=www.youtube.com/watch?v=l7q7gxmmjmq
all url have "www.youtube.com/watch?v=" this part in common so "l7q7gxmmjmq" this is the id
