I know lots of people who had healthy babies after losing one tube.
She has to remember that most women alternate ovaries each month so if she has been trying for 4 months only 2 of them have been an actual attempt, as there is no link between R ovary and the uterus so she is only capable of concieving every other month.
I would talk to my GYN about the situation to alleviate fears that she might be infertile, but barring problems she should be able to concieve with the left ovary and have a healthy baby. If all ealse fails there are other methods to help with conception although they are usually expensive and I am betting patience will do a lot to help. Tell her to relax and have fun trying, stress won't make things easier...LOL.

With one tube intact, she can still conceive. However, she should be closely monitored by her physician to make sure she doesn't have another ectopic pregnancy.
