There are several things that can cause this including light levels and watering.

What color are the other leaves? If the yare very light green or yellow, they are getting too much light, if they are dark green they are getting too little light.

How often do you water? Orchids should usually be kept in a very well draining ptting mix and will need to be watered 2-3 times a week depending on how fast it dries.

What color are the roots? If they are dark brown or black, they are rotting and it means you are overwatering. The roots should be whitish and turn a light green when they get wet.

depending on the kind of orchid it is the flowers might last only a few days. to keep the around longer don't let them get wet and stay wet and keep them out of sunlight.

make sure it isn't too close to ur window cuz direct sunlight will actually cuz the leaves and blooms to burn! bright indirect sunlight is enough. if u do put in direct sunlight, never water it before hand and never place it any closer then two feet from the window( the next time the suns shining in ur window stick ur hand right next to the glass and slowly move it away... notice the temp. change)! good luck and i hope this helps! don't give the thing any more ferilizer either until it recovers, if u are doing so!
